FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What do you provide?
We deliver a beautiful NeighBar trailer equipped with 2 ready-to-connect "D" style beer taps, CO2 tanks, ice tubs or kegerator, pitchers, ice buckets, ice scoops, wine openers, bottle openers, bar towel, coolers, chalk board, bluetooth stereo, and color-adjustable LED lights. If you require a generator we can provide one for an extra charge. We have 10' x 10' tents available to cover the bar service window on rainy days for an additional charge. We also offer Corn-Hole and Giant Jenga yard games for an extra charge.
PA law prohibits us from providing alcohol therefore you will need to provide all alcohol, barware, ice, cups, and mixers as well as provide your own bartender(s).
Can you supply bartenders?
Bartending is not part of our service however we recommend PJ Bartending (https://pjbartending.com) who have serviced many wonderful NeighBar events and who can handle everything for you including supplying all consumables (except for alcohol which must be purchased by you) and advise on how much alcohol to purchase.
Do you need access to power?
If electricity is not available we can supply a small generator for an additional charge.
Can we decorate the NeighBar to match the decor at our event?
Sure! Any decorations that do not include fire, nails, glue, or objects that will damage the trailer can be used to decorate.
What are your parking requirements?
We need enough space to park a 12’ long horse trailer bar attached to a 11’ tow vehicle, and additional space to get the vehicle out. The serving window is only on the driver's side of the mobile bar. Level and flat ground is required. We are not responsible for any damage to lawns.
How far do you travel?
We generally travel up to 1 hour outside of Chalfont, Pennsylvania. Extended distance travel may be available for an additional charge.
What are your payment and cancellation policies?
We require a $200 deposit to confirm booking. The remaining payment is due 7 days prior to the event date.
Full refunds are provided if you cancel within 21 days of your event date.
How early should I book with you?
As soon as possible! Our calendar is filling up fast!
How can I book a NeighBar for my event?
Please use the "Contact" form and include as much information about your event as possible. We will check our calendar and let you know if we are available, and respond ASAP.
